What's more, the recipes themselves are terrific. You'll find everything from soups to samosas, curries to pancakes, muffins to chocolate-chip cookies - the range is enormous. There are six different kinds of veggie burger, countless salads and slaws, a huge selection of breads, plenty of indulgent desserts - the list just goes on. I can't imagine any vegan cook running out of ideas with this book to hand. Inevitably, some of the dishes are more complicated to prepare than others. But all are clearly explained and easy to follow. Most use readily available ingredients, although some rely on less familiar items like sea vegetables and tempeh. Whether you are an experienced gourmet cook or are just looking for new ideas for meat-free meals, this is a book that you will come back time and time again. Order
