Veg World is an information service, run by a small group of vegetarians and vegans in Britain and the United States. Our aim is to provide information, advice and support for vegetarians and vegans throughout the world, and in particular for people who are considering changing to a meat-free diet.

We strongly believe that everyone should be free to follow their own dietary preferences, without undue pressure from others to change. We will never pressure anyone into becoming vegetarian or vegan, just as we expect others to respect our own dietary choices. Our primary goal is to provide information about meat-free diets, to help you make your own choices.

Veg World is not affiliated to any other vegetarian or vegan organization. The opinions expressed on this site are those of the editors and contributors.
